BY WAIVING SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) The customer acknowledges that the driver will, to the best of the driver's understanding of the request, leave the customer's baggage at the location or in the manner designated above.
2) The customer accepts full responsibility for the baggage from the time that the driver leaves it. This includes any and all losses due to theft, damage, pilfering or any other peril.
3) Should the driver be unable to comply with the delivery instructions due to being unable to access the delivery location or due to other factors beyond the driver's control, the baggage will be returned to our local distribution center. For an additional fee, we will attempt to deliver the baggage again.
4) We will use normal and reasonable efforts to protect your property while it is in our possession, but cannot make any guarantee or accept liability for any loss, damage, pilfering or other peril of any kind.
5) YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO PURSUE ANY LITIGATION OR CLAIM OF LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO THIS WAIVER OF SIGNATURE WHICH COULD OTHERWISE BE TAKEN AGAINST OUR COMPANY AND/OR IT'S EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS AND/OR IT'S DIRECTORS OR OFFICERS.
6) This information will reside with Where’sMySuitcaseTM without notifying the airline.
BY REQUESTING OUR "HOLD MY DELIVERY" SERVICE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) We cannot hold bags for more than 24 hours from when presented to us by the airline. Any bag still in our possession after 24 hours must be returned to the airline.
2) When a "HOLD MY DELIVERY" order is received, your bag(s) will be held at our distribution center in the area of the arrival airport until the specified release time. Your baggage will be given to the next available driver who has deliveries in the area of the address specified on the order.
3) The driver will attempt to deliver the bags in accordance with the instructions shown on the order. The time from release to delivery will depend upon distance, other pending deliveries and the usual driving delays caused by traffic.
4) If the bags cannot be delivered per the instructions, they will be returned to the distribution center and we will attempt to deliver them again at a later time.
5) We will use normal and reasonable efforts to protect your property while it is in our possession, but cannot in any way guarantee or accept liability for any loss, damage, pilfering or peril of any kind.
6) YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO PURSUE ANY LITIGATION OR CLAIM OF LOSS OR DAMAGE RELATING TO THIS SERVICE WHICH COULD OTHERWISE BE TAKEN AGAINST OUR COMPANY
